Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds for both digital and physical products purchased through www.ramseywrites.com.

 

1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)

All digital products, including ebooks, PDFs, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable.

Why?

  • Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

  • This is standard policy for digital goods due to their instant accessibility.

However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, please reach out to info@ramseywrites.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

2. Physical Books (Printed Copies)

We accept returns and refunds for physical books under the following conditions:

Returns Accepted If:

  • The book is returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 

Returns Not Accepted If:

  • The book shows signs of wear, use, or damage.

  • It was purchased on sale or during a special promotion (final sale).

  • The return is requested beyond 14 days from receipt.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email info@ramseywrites.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact info@ramseywrites.com within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • Attach photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary).

  2. If the refund is still missing, contact us at info@ramseywrites.com, and we’ll investigate.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
